Standard Cleaning
Our most booked service: a one time, whole home clean for a house that’s already in reasonable shape and just needs a reset. We work room by room, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down every surface, fixture, and appliance exterior.
It’s a single visit with no commitment. If you like the result, moving to a recurring schedule lowers the per visit rate.

A standard clean works room by room through the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas. A deep clean includes all of that, plus inside the oven, refrigerator, microwave, and cabinets, baseboards, doors and handles, outlets and switches, and detailed dusting. Most homes take two to four hours for a standard clean. A deep clean often takes four to eight, depending on size and condition.

A standard clean keeps an already maintained home fresh. If it’s been a while since the last professional clean, or there’s built up grime in the oven, fridge, or on baseboards, start with a deep clean. Moving in or out? That’s a move out / move in clean.

Most homes take two to four hours with a small team, depending on size and condition. We give you a time estimate with your written quote.
Do you wash dishes or do laundry?
We load the dishwasher and can start a load of laundry on request. A sink full of dishes or multiple laundry loads is add on time, just let us know when you book.
Can I turn this into a recurring service?
Yes. Many clients book a standard or deep clean first, then switch to weekly, biweekly, or monthly at a lower per visit rate.
How much does a standard clean cost?
It is priced per visit based on home size, bedrooms and bathrooms, current condition, and how often you book. We give a free written estimate before any work begins, and nothing is scheduled until you approve it.
How should I get ready for a standard clean?
Pick up clutter and personal items from floors and surfaces so the team can spend its time cleaning. Tell us about pets, alarm codes, and any rooms or items to skip when you request your estimate.
