Terms & Conditions
Deposit and Payment Terms: A non refundable deposit of 25% via a Credit or Debit Card is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the service via Credit or Debit Card. We do not accept cash for the balance of the bill and all payments must be completed via the secure portal using a debit or credit card. If you decide to tip the cleaner you can do it electronically when paying your bill via our portal. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. Invoices are sent promptly upon project or service completion. All invoices are automatically processed once any projects or services have been completed. Unpaid invoices are subject to a $30 late fee up to 15% of the invoice total.
Rescheduling and Cancellation: We encourage rescheduling over cancellation, as rescheduling is complimentary if done 24 hours prior to the scheduled job. Any same-day rescheduling will incur a fee of $40.
Agreement: By paying the deposit or the full balance, you, the customer, agree to the comprehensive terms and conditions outlined here. Pricing may be adjusted for any additional bedrooms, bathrooms, offices, square footage, or if the condition of the home or space is more complex than initially represented during the consultation or estimate. Should the job exceed the time limit in hours laid out in the estimate or quote, it will be billed at our standard hourly rate. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you!
Photography and Media Consent: By booking our services, you agree to allow our team to take before and after photos of the areas being cleaned. These photos may be used for quality assurance, staff training, and as documentation of completed work, helping protect both our team and our clients in the event of a dispute regarding the condition of the home or service performed.
Pricing Adjustments: Please be aware that any trash pickup, decluttering, and organization exceeding five minutes will incur additional charges. We are not a junk removal service and cannot transport trash beyond the front of the driveway. Additionally, we do not clean any biohazard materials, including but not limited to vomit, blood, excrement, fecal matter, animal waste, bodily fluids or animal fluids due to health risks.
Services do not include the cleanup of mold, black mold, pests, ticks or roaches, nor do we clean inside laundry machines, microwave exhausts, vents, or hoods. Sweeping and mopping of garages, patios, sunrooms and porches will also incur additional fees. For safety reasons, we are unable to pull out or move appliances or furniture, such as stoves and refrigerators, bookshelves, clothing drawers etc and cleaning behind them is not included in our services.
For all of our cleaning services including post construction cleaning, we do not guarantee the removal of stains. It is our company policy to conduct walkthroughs upon completion of the cleaning. When the walkthrough is completed and approved by the client, homeowner, or a representative of the client, full payment is required. For non walkthroughs or the event a representative of the client or client is not present during time of completion full payment is still required. We can send before and after pictures of the areas cleaned upon request. Payment of the deposit authorizes our company to take before and after photos of the property for quality assurance purposes. Additionally, payment of the deposit serves as verification that the checklist and terms and conditions have been reviewed and accepted.
Service Deficiencies Policy
All service deficiencies are addressed exclusively through re cleaning. To request a re clean, you must submit valid proof (such as photos) within 24 hours of the completed service. Once the proof is reviewed and verified, we will schedule a re clean accordingly. Refunds will not be provided in place of a re cleaning. Failure to allow Easy Living Cleaners LLC to remedy mistakes does not warrant a discount on the final invoice.
Review and Feedback Policy: Threatening to leave, or offering to remove, a negative, false, or misleading review in exchange for a refund, discount, free service, or other compensation is considered an attempt at extortion and or digital extortion and will not be tolerated, whether the threat is made before or after the review has been posted. Easy Living Cleaners LLC reserves the right to report such conduct to the relevant review platform and to pursue all available legal remedies. Genuine concerns about the quality of service will continue to be addressed through our Service Deficiencies Policy outlined above.
